Yes we can. We provide our contracted Managed Service clients with a 24/7/365 Help Desk.

I spilled milk on my laptop, can you help me?

Not really. We typically only work for businesses and do not perform one-off hardware repair. You're better off visiting your local repair shop, Apple Store or Best Buy.
